Our Terms
Prestige Virtual Services require a signed contract and a 50% deposit for projects requiring an hourly rate before work commences. The remainder is due when project is complete. Payment for retainer packages are payable in advance the 1st of each month. A 10% penalty will be added to all unpaid invoices over 30 days. Unused hours will not be carried over. Retainer contracts are for a minimum of 3 months.
We accept payments by check, certified and cashier's checks, money orders, amd credit cards through paypal. Checks returned to us will be subject to a $30.00 service charge. There will be an additional charge for rush assignments.
Additional Charges
Additional charges such as postage, flyer delivery, travel time, special software purchases (requested by client), etc., will be billed to the Client. Additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate. Retainer options are re-negotiable to suit your changing needs.
Referrals
If you refer our services and they become a Client, you will receive 10% off of your next invoice.
